À l’été 2024, l’équipe d’Esteban a participé à l’Electrek Formula Sun Grand Prix 2024 et à l’Electrek American Solar Challenge 2024. Suite aux compétitions, l'équipe d'Esteban est retournée à Montréal avec pas moins de deux premières places.
Le 10 avril dernier à Polytechnique avait lieu le dévoilement du tout nouveau prototype du Projet Esteban : Esteban 11. C'est entourée de près de 250 collègues, familles, amis et anciens membres que l'équipe a pu révéler ce nouveau véhicule solaire.
Last summer, no less than 24 members of Esteban's team had the chance to participate in the Electrek Formula Sun Grand Prix with Esteban 10. At the end of the week of competition, Esteban knew climb to the top of the podium.
Ces temps-ci, l'équipe d'Esteban a pris de l'ampleur. En effet, plusieurs nouveaux membres ont rejoint le projet et l'équipe a participé à plusieurs événements. De plus, les équipes électrique et mécanique travaillent sur le prochain prototype : Esteban 11!
Last summer, 21 members of the Esteban team had the chance to participate in two competitions taking place in the United States. It was an opportunity for our team to meet and discuss with about twenty other universities from across North America.
It goes without saying that 2020 will have been a trying year for everyone. All of Quebec had to take an abrupt break last March to curb the COVID-19 epidemic. Thus, all our students had to quickly switch to telework mode and Esteban's activities had to cease overnight.
It is appropriate that, in a large-scale project such as this, having a high-performance team proves to be an essential tool in the success of the objectives set. Esteban actively puts a lot of effort into this aspect and makes it one of his priorities.
Building on the successes of the summer, the Esteban Project team feels ready to start the cycle again and begin designing its next vehicle, Esteban 10.
On April 23, the team Esteban Project unveiled its latest prototype, Esteban 9.
At Esteban, January rhymes with recruitment. As in September, we try to maximize our visibility in the school to motivate new students to join the team.
